Bid block spark plugs
I have a 76 4 speed. The owner before me installed a big block 454 I just finished pulling the engine and rebuilding it boring it 30 over i just installed it and glad to report it started up ok. Now the question i have looking at the casting numbers from the block it was a big block truck motor from early 70's what spark plugs should i be running in it. Another question i have it has headers on it but there is no cross over pipe is that normal on vettes its straight pipes from the headers thru the crossmember back to the muffers ?.

454`s use a tapered seat, a plug without a washer/gasket sealing ring.....a R45T or a R45TS would fit correctly and be a good heat range
