If it is on a spreadbore only intake, I'm guessing it must be either a 4165 or 4175.

Picture is blurry and as stated above Holley does not list a 8210-3 but there is a 6210-3 4165 series 650 CFM double pumper, spreadbore. Any chance the "8" is a badly stamped "6"?

I couldn't snap a good picture of the list # with a regular camera for some reason, but I could crane my head in there and clearly see a 6210-3. But, pictures for fun

Thanks for the suggestion Ganey.

So is your original questions answered? It is not a production GM carb., it is a Holley aftermarket carb.

That is a 4165-series spreadbore, double pumper 750 CFM. As stated by MelWff it is an aftermarket carb but is intended as a direct bolt-on replacement for QJets (note fuel inlet in same location as Rochester). I had one on mine for awhile; looks very manly & beefy, ran very nicely when it was running but sitting at idle fuel was constantly dribbling out of the secondary boosters...never could get to the bottom of the problem so went back to the trusty ol' QJet.

I had one of those DECADES ago (early 80's). Good carb. I bought it used. Ran it on a 327. Traded it and a guy put it on a 454. Don't remember much more than that. I was a VERY busy young man at that time in my life!!!

Appears to be the 6210-3 (4165) 650, spreadbore, mechanical secondary as noted above. Just like the one on my engine.
It's probably been there since the eighties .
