Default Help!! Brake line leak

I recently changed out my old rubber lines for stainless steel braided lines. My front hard lines had rounded out fitting nuts so I replaced the front hard lines. No more leaks up front. After the fronts were replaced my right rear started leaking where the hard line and the ss line connect. I installed a new hard line and I still get a slight weep at the connection.

It's not leaking at the threads but where the hard line goes in to the fitting and mates with the ss line. I've taken it out and re-installed several times and think it still may be an alignment issue between the flanges. It's a static leak with no brake pressure applied. Is there a trick to get these to line up so I can get the leak stopped. I can't drive the car with a brake fluid leak no matter how small it may be.

Any suggestions will be appreciated. I'm tempted to install the old rubber line to see if the leak stops.

needs to be lined up straight, forget the old rubber line.
this not where a copper crush washer is required right?
sounds like you have a messed up flare,
pull the line of and inspect the flare area really good.
you might have to clean up any burs or scratches with fine sandpaper.
your using a flared fitting wrench to tighten right?

No copper crush washer for the rears.

Definitely using a line wrench, wouldn't do it any other way. Whoever removed my front lines at one time must have used vise grips.

I'm done getting beat up tonight but I will check the flares again tomorrow. Thanks for your help.

Maybe its just me but I've had difficulty getting stainless fuel and brakes lines to seal properly. I've heard the stainless product is harder than the regular steel lines and are less forgiving to any imperfections in the flare.
