Default Crate motor

Thinking about a turn key crate motor (350 / ~400 hp) for my 79. Anyone have any recommendations of best place to acquire ? I was looking at this one.

I live down the street from this shop and it didn't look like too bad of a place when I went in. That bieng said a few of the other shops and engine builders in the Phoenix area say that place does not make the best motors. They said they do sloppy work because they do alot of ebay sales and are trying to get the engines out the door as fast as possible.

They don't look like a crate motor to me. They look more like a rebuild.

I bought a long block from Year One and installed it last winter.
Except for a few glitches, am very satisfied.
Has a bit more HP than you specified at over 500.
Cost a bit more too.
As they say, U get what you pay for.

You may want to give these guys a look to compare, I bought my ZZ4 355HP turnkey from them and have been very happy with it.
