With a fire extinguisher handy...
Disconnect the fuel line at the carb and see if the pump is pumping fuel, if so then see if the needle and seat in the carb is stuck.
If no fuel is pumping see if the rubber lines before the pump are good.
If good there then check the sock in the tank.
If no fuel is pumping see if the rubber lines before the pump are good.
