Delco Cassette problem
Does anyone know where to get some washers for a delco cassette for a 79 Corvette? I bought the radio on ebay and it didn't come with washers. I don't see how the radio will fit without them behind the tuning ***** unless I'm doing it wrong.

I just removed the radio from my '81 yesterday, and I can tell you that there wasn't a single washer behind the nuts, and the radio fitted perfectly.
My radio is probably the same as yours, the 20BECT1
ETR cassette radio.

I've got a couple of 'parts' radios. I'll see if I have one, but I doubt it.
edit....sorry, don't have any.
Can you grind your hex nuts down and grind slots in them? Needle nose pliers work in the slots on the correct nuts.
