Thanks, now is that applicable to only this line? What about the yellowish and green lines that I found were plugged. Does it matter that they won't hold vacuum? Sorry for being so dense but this is all new to me.....

If you removed the lines from the CCM and measured there, yes they should hold vacuum. Always apply vacuum in the direction it would originate, ie from the engine. Causing it to flow backwards can give false results.

I would suggest you use your Mightyvac from the control valve end. The diagrams show hoses and where they go but no mention of "bleed" off. If you merely rotate the control valve to the next actuator port you will seal off the actuator and it won't move so there has to be bleed ports.
If you check vac from the control valve the lines to the actuator should hold vacuum , if it doesn't you have to find out why.Hope that makes sense.

edit - dang you beat me to it Mike

I have a 75 and cannot find any vacuum hose diagram. I took my dash apart and now cannot find any diagram that references my 75 even Willcox cover all years except for the 75 that identify which color hose belong to which actuator. Please help if you have any info to share. Thanks.

Dear Friend,
I am grateful for your reply and the courtesy you extended me by attaching a diagram. The diagram is a simple yet very descriptive of how to put back the vacuum hoses under the hood/ I am sure it is going to be very helpful once I start working on my headlights. I have taken the entire front dash from inside my car. I am trying to reassemble all the various hoses that are used in putting my AC and heater back in working order. If I am not mistaking there are 4 or 5 actuators inside my car and a bunch of vacuum hoses each with different stripe colors. The actuators are controlling the temperature and the direction of the air blowing in from the A/C or the heater. Most of the hoses being from the temperature control dial and get connected to different actuators that control the airflow. This is the information that I need and where I am stocked. If there exists one I need a chart/Diagram that is displaying how various color hosses should be connected to each nipple of the temperature dial and the destination in which each hose should be connected to.

This is my first time joining a forum and did not have any high expectations of receiving any assistance. I was very pleasantly surprised for the help I received and again, I am grateful for it. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Kindest regards, Michael

HERE IS WHAT INSIDE MY CAR LOOK LIKE

Hi Again,
Here's the information that you asked for:

The drawing is from the assembly manual (AIM), you should order one.

Back to the headlights, this may help:

Vacuum Troubleshooting

Next time start a new post and others will help too.
