What year? You may want to post a picture with an expanded view, so we can get a clearer view in relation to the door.
If you want a part new your best bet may be Paragon https://www.paragoncorvette.com/. It wont be OEM but a reproduction, most of their stuff will pass NCRS is that's a concern.

Left arrow is part of the door shell; you won't find it. Right arrow (with the bolt) is the hinge cover.
The yellow stuff is old weatherstrip cement, possibly factory.
