With the zero off-set. I would say no. I have 17X11 in my rear and would have went with a neutral offset (5.5 either side) but had to with 4". You are looking at 8 inches.
To call those "Halibrand replicas" is a bit of a disservice to Halibrand. The originals had a purposeful, brutal look while those look somewhat brittle...
So the answer is I'll buy them and see if they fit. Thanks to the people who actually tried to answer the question!
Don't get frustrated. The ideal backspace for a 8" wide wheel on a C3 is 4". Yes 4.5" will work. The only issue is they will look very slightly "tucked in". There are several cars on this forum using that backspace. I don't know if that particular wheel will clear the calipers though but it they don't you can use a small spacer if needed. Don't forget you do have a 1/2" to work with. Now if you had to use all of that 1/2" you would then need adapters. Good ones are a little expensive. On the other had if that is the style wheel you like and you are willing to spend some more money 2 companies that make that style wheel that will clear the caliper are Team III and Vintage Wheel Works. There is a red '73 running the Vintage Wheel Works version of that style wheel and it looks good. Good luck with what ever you decide.

I wouldn't mount any kind of repro's on my car, as most often are China job's not manufactured to any kind of spec. It's your car, but learned over the years, to just do it right up front to avoid hassels.

Thanks! That's what I was lookin for... a lot of aftermarket wheels seem to have the 4.5 inch backspace so I guess ill have to live with spacers one way or another
Here is the part that bothers me. You do realize that the wheel pictured is NOT the wheel you’re getting. That wheel has 8 inch back spacing (all positive offset). Your will have zero offset and 4.5 inch backspacing.
Having just purchased rims and doing some measuring, They should be OK in the front and may very well hit the trailing arm in the rear. Running a spacer isn’t ideal. I have seen wheel studs snap, causing damage. Can I offer a possible solution?
PS Engineering makes very high quality wheels but his centers are cast also the same as Vintage Wheel Works and Team III. Plus there are slight differences in appearence when you compare the 3. So there is more than one option here. All 3 companies offer "custom" backspace. Since these C3s all seem to be a little different (how slight it may be) there is no guarantee the O/P will need spacers in the rear. I'm using a 17x11 in the rear with a 4.5" backspace on a stock trailing arm with no issues. As far as spacers go a THIN 1/8" spacer to clear a caliper can be used with no issues if it's a quality spacer not a cheap multi fit cast aluminum one that's not solid. GM used a thin steel single bolt pattern spacer on the 3rd generation F body in the early 80s (83?) from the factory in the rear for a clearence issue. I know they exist. I have some. I also know of a couple of pro-touring cars using them to clear larger calipers with no problems. I agree a thick spacer 3/8" or bigger is dangerous. That's why in my original post (#11) I mentioned adapters. I also suggested the other 2 alternative wheel companies if it was in the budget. It may not be and that's why the O/P is looking at the Rev wheels in the 1st place. In post #3 he states "My mind is pretty well set on these wheels provided they fit." there must be a reason.

Do you have any full car pictures of your setup? Did you flare the rear to fit an 11" wide wheel back there?
What sizes are you running up front?
