Custom Wheel Emblem Advice Wanted
Specifically, each wheel has a press-fit hemispherical center cap on a cylindrical body, and a "Boyd Coddington Wheels" plastic stick-on emblem:

I'm sure I could pop these out. Near as I can tell, the front axle hub doesn't come up to the level of the wheel surface on the inside, so I got to thinking... What if I were to find some way to replace the center cap with a flat top and mount up a Corvette Collector Edition emblem (such as found in the center caps of the stock CE wheels). e.g.,

Any ideas how to accomplish this? I've thought about contacting Boyd's for some blank caps, and will probably call them.
Here's the whole wheel, FYI:

Another thought I had that would be simpler to execute was just to put just the crossed flags on an oval sticker and replace the Boyd's sticker.

I'm thinking I could scan and laminate the flags myself. I'm not sure how to make a weatherproof decal, but what's it cost to try? I have a friend who owns a laser engraver... I understand he can do plastic. Maybe that's a way to go.

Cool choice, I can't wait to see them mounted. SO hurry up!
