A/C not putting out cold air

Here's the details:
'78 Silver Anniversary 350 cc, auto
factory air
made conversion to R134a about 5 years ago.
Current conditions:
86 degrees F, ambient air (outside) - yea, cool day for Dallas!
Low side pressure gauge 28 psi, 32 degrees F
High side pressure gauge 215 psi, 135 degrees F
Engine temp gauge - about 175 degrees F

Inside cabin - a/c air vent - air temp - only 73 degrees F
I am thinking if all were working right, a/c air vent - air temp should be no more than 55 degrees or even lower.

Any suggestions?

Is the suction line to the evaporator sweating? If so, you probably have an air damper problem.

What's the air temperature when you turn the a/c off and just have the vent selected?
