Hey guys, I just got a pair of C5 seats that I'm planning on installing. To make it easy and simple I'm going to use the existing seat tracks. I've did a lot of searching and it looks like I should put about 1.25 inches of washers on the front and .25 inches on the back to get the rake adjusted right.
What I can't figure out is how to get the back bolts out of the seat track!! They're buried within the seat track assembly. The bolts look fairly new so I get the feeling the previous owner had them off. I don't want to be a rambo and tear things up without asking. I did see the thread from the guy who cut them in half but I don't want to do that.
