Thanks to Lars' paper on making a tidy fuel I think I've finally made some headway on my '70 TPI project. 37 degree flares and tube nuts work pretty good - if you've got a good flare tool and soft steel. I had to take the injector rail lines/fitting assemblies to a line place in town to have their flares finished. They would just chew-up my cheap Summit flare tool and push out the backside of the clamp.
Connecting stock steel lines to some -6AN hose (not pictured) that will join to the fuel injection lines:
Rear connections joining pump/filter assemblies to the tank and stock steel fuel lines:
Bent some 3/8" steel lines for the tank-to-filter assembly and return fuel line:
Wish I could tell you if they leak or not but I'm not ready to turn on the pump yet.
