82 Vette-Both wipers stutter through the whole range of motion. Already changed wiper motor, blades and cleaned the glass. Someone mentioned that the blade pressure on the window is too much. So how do you make any adjustments? Thanks

Thats usually caused by excessive play in the parts that run from the motor to the wiper hinges.
The wiper transmission parts are rarely the problem with arms hitting. Key factors are the length of the wiper are blade and the adjustment of the arms. If you follow the instructions below and have the correct length blades then you should be able to achieve proper adjustment. If all things are in order and checking out OK and you still can't get the arms adjusted then you have a bent transmission arm.

I decided to bend my arms. Very strong steel. Really have to bend to make much of a difference. But, I went ahead and did it and now no chatter! Hooray!

I found pulling the pivot points apart and greasing everything helped me. Now I use a needle grease gun tip too get in there from time to time
