1981 Vette. On weekly basis, the fluid in the rear section of the master cylinder dissapears. I've looked under the car and at each of the wheel areas and there is no sign of a leak. I know the fluid is going somewhere but can't seem to find where the problem is.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

I had the same problem with mine, look at the rear calipers very closely mine ended up being the master cylinder was leaking out of the rear seal and into the power brake booster....Good Luck
While not a Vette, had a similar thing happen in a nearly new late 80's 4 wheel disc car. Turns out one of the rear caliper castings had a crack in it. Since the caliper was always hot, the fluid just boiled off with not much of a trace. Maybe something to look at a little closer. If really problematic, add some UV trace dye to the master cylinder and another feed bottle, and bleed the trace dye fluid through using a UV light. Drive around for a couple days, and should show up. It's not that expensive, as got a 51 led UV flashlight for less than $20 bucks. Make sure you get UV dye rated for brake fluid, as it's all different.
My 68 front calipers were leaking and not showing any outward signs of fluid loss. Upon close inspection what appeared to be brake dust was a mucky black paste. A mixture of brake dust and fluid. Leaky piston seals.
Always something
