Will a '81 steering column fit a '76?
I'm asking this question on behalf of a friend of mine who got a real nice '76, except that he don't like the vega steering wheel (no wonder), he found a nice '81 steering column with a cruise control, will that column fit to his car without the need of a rocket scientist to convert the connections?, he has no problems being the wrong column to his car, as far as it would look nice.

You just have to cut a part of the '81 column shroud, no big deal if you're carefull.
