I wish they were L98's, but these are just standard cast iron heads used on 88-up 305's and 350's. They were called swirl port I'm pretty sure because they have this kind of twisted vane in the intake ports that is supposed to promote low end torque. They work really good with my combo, I was just looking to see if anyone had real flow #'s. Also could probably use 14102193 #'s, I think these were basically the same head design, only with 76cc chambers instead of 64's like mine. Thanks.
Thanks for the links. I had seen the unofficial DD2000 page, but the other one was new to me. Unfortunately, the heads I have are not considered a performance head, or even really a popular stock casting, and therefore, I've never found any info on stock flowbench numbers for them. I wish GM would recognize the fact that not all performance enthusiasts have the $$ for race parts and start publishing flow numbers and other specs on their website for all their parts. I know it's a lot to ask, with all the different heads they've produced for all the different displacements, but what the heck. They must've known these figures when they were deciding to produce the parts, and why not make them available to us. Sorry for the rant, and thanks again for the help. Maybe I will write GM an Email and give them an honest chance to respond before I start giving them advice on how to run the company.
