I have 3 entire C3 differentials for sale: (all correct model year date codes)

1 (1975) 3.08 posi (good condition, low miles)

1 (1968) empty differential case $50
1 (1966) non posi carrier $50

1 vintage Strange spool (carrier only) for using 12 bolt ring&pinion in a C3 case $75

I also have various new old stock vintage Zoom ring&pinion sets (thin ring gear) for C3, for example 5.13, 5.38., 5.57., 4.88, etc for sale.

PM for more information and prices. there is also a thread on the parts for sale

Hold onto that 68 differential case - I might have someone who will want it...I'll call him later today.

I'm curious about line item 2, (all correct date codes)
(1964) 5.13 posi (total fresh rebuild with kit, ceramic coated case).

How can that have a correct date code?

How many 5.13 posi rears did GM build in 1964?

In any year, for that matter?

"The 1964 rear end 5.13 was a CPO option for a high performance type car (either a drag racer or similar)
it has the 64 dates and has forged yokes."

WOWEEE! That must be one rare bird and worth millions.

BTW, is a CPO option anything like the '68-'69 COPO options?

Yes, they were special order only as an option.

Millions...please.. This would be something either a vintage racer, NCRS restoration type
would want for class rules or to complete a restoration on a Top Flite car.

A present day NCCC sanction drag racer would also want this to comply with rule book
requirements..

i think the million dollar comment was based on the OP's statement of correct date code for a gear set that never came from the factory...

what is your definition of 'correct date code'? I have a 1970 and there are many 1970 date codes that would not be correct for my car.
