Side Pipes w/ Angle Plug Heads
Hi guys,
I bought and installed a set of stainless steel headers/side pipes from Josh Powers of Custom Image Corvettes on my stock 350hp 350 small block about a year ago. Very happy with them but my question is I am building a small block 427 and will be using angle plug Dart heads. Was just wondering if any one has used these on angle plug heads and how is the clearance. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The Hookers will work with AFR angle plug heads, I don't know about the fit with the pipes from Josh. # 6 plug requires making a wrench that will fit it. I cut down a 3/4 socket and welded it to a box end wrench and it works perfect.

Thanks Phil, I appreciate the response. I am planning on using the Dart Pro 1, 230cc 23 degree heads. Unfortunately I deleted Josh's phone # a while back, so I can't call and ask. I'm fairly sure he said that they were designed to work with most angle plug heads, but was hoping to find someone who has used them to make sure. Maybe someone else will chime in and let me know.
