Default pleasant experience with ZIP

i ordered a set of 4 shocks from ZIP last september and received it promptly.2 pairs of boxes.i installed the rear ones after a couple of days but did not get around to replace the front ones yet because i was going to overhaul the complete frontend.so i finally finished everything a couple of weeks ago and the last thing to install were the new shocks.as i opened the boxes i was surprise to find 1 correct front shock and 1 rear inside the box which is marked as front.hmmmm someone must have been sleeping :nonod:
i called ZIP and the lady was very friendly:blueangel: and said she would send me a correct shock right away even though it was more than 30 days after receiving the shipment.
lesson learnt:open the boxes right away and verify correct shipment
thanks ZIPl

I've got nothing but good things to say about Zip too.
Your sig pic is great, as were the others you posted the other day. I'd probably of fumbled the camera and left it strewn on the road taking that shot
