Default Removing door handle emblems

Just got new emblems for my door handles. Does anyone know how to get the old ones off?

Why would the door handles have emblems?

They're stick on, possibly with a type of contact cement. If you still have a pair in place, why replace them?

They get scuffed up over time. I replaced mine several years ago. Just use a sharp edge or small screwdriver and pry off. Remove any remaining adhesive and clean real good, then apply new ones.

Are you the real Vicky Vette that I'm thinking of? If you are, I'll come over to help you remove them.

Thanks, the old ones are completely faded and one has a scratch. No, I am not Vicky Vette.... I call my car Vicky after my favourite adult film star.

I just replaced mine the other day. I used a razor to get the old ones out, then some paint thinner to clean the area underneath of old glue. The new ones had some 3M sticky tape on them so I only had to push them on in the correct position, no glue needed. I wish everything on this car was this easy.
