Rear End Question
I haven't had my 81 vette for long and was looking at different thing on the rear end and realized that the driver side strut rod is bent. With this being bent should there be other areas that I should be concerned with? How do you know if the rear spring needs replacing?

I was considering on doing a read rebuild kit like this from Willcox. Should this take care of everything?

Have you had the rear alignment checked? A bent strut rod is not particularly good, but no harm done if it is not affecting the alignment.
Do you have a fiberglass rear spring? They don't wear out.

Have not had the rear alignment check. Was going to wait till after I have replaced the bushings

Very common fix buy "bubba's" have a look at othe components, fiber glass springs are usually pretty dependable , make sure there are no cracks in the spring, should be OK
