Default Windsheild Wipers
I have a 77 corvette and starting to get frustrating. Things are breaking down faster than I can fix them.

This morning I turned my wipers on and they lifted up and then froze in the up position. I wasn't very happy. I can't look at this car without something breaking down.

Anyway does anybody have ideas on what the problem could be?

problem could be it doesnt like the rain. other than that, have you checked the fuse?
