80-82 Pinion Yoke

Anyone know how many splines the 80-82 pinion yoke has? I'm ordering a new driveshaft and yokes this morning and need to know. Thanks!

It's a 26 spline yoke if anyone ever needs to know....I took it off tonight and counted 'em myself.

Sorry I didn't see your post sooner... I have an 80 on the bench.... 26 is the magic number.

What happend to yours?.... Seal damage?

Thanks anyway, but at least you confirmed my count. I'm upgrading to a stronger driveshaft and 1350 u-joints, so I need to also replace the pinion yoke to accomodate them.

Where are you getting them from?

Denny's Driveshaft. A 3" "Nitrous Ready" shaft with 1350 ujoints and steel tranny and pinion yokes. They also make halfshafts for our cars as well with 1350 ujoints, a bit cheaper than Tom's Differentials.
