Headlights / Parking Lights Wiring Question
The headlights (and tail lights) on my '77 are coming on when I pull the headlight switch to the first click (parking lights position). The do stay on when I pull the switch out to the second position which should be the headlights.
I have installed a new headlight switch and the wiring plug for it is in good shape.
I do have wiring diagrams, but thought someone might have an idea where I should start at.
Thank you in advance,
Adam
Addition: My headlights are stuck on brights as well. I have the dimmer in the column. Is it possible the two problems are related? Is there a connector on the steering column for the headlights which might cause these problems?

When I pull the headlight switch to the park light position all four headlights come on. When I pull the switch to the head light position all four lights stay on and then my high beam switch will cause the outside lights to go high beam low beam etc.
I'm thinking the wiring is switched between the lights - possibly even the lights are in the wrong spots.
Could someone clarify for me where the 2 prong and 3 prong connectors go? inside and outside lights etc.
Thank you,
Adam
