Jack the rear of the car up and put jack stands under the frame in front of the rear tires. The rear tires will be hanging down. Place the jack under the spring near the long bolts to be changed and slowly jack the spring up until the bolt is unloaded. Usually this is not much. Remove the nut and change the bolt. If you have a problem with the jack sliding off towards the bolt put a c clamp on the spring to stop the jack from sliding. I have a big floor jack and have never had a problem with jack slippage but smaller jacks might.
