What kind of an offset did you use? I am assuming you are using the offsett trailing arms..

Offset trailing arms, stock backspacing. Obviously the rims are custom made because you can't buy 14" wide rims in that configuration, but there are a few companies that can make them for you. HRE, Fikse etc. Be prepared to abuse your wallet should you decide to go down this path...

Merlin522, that is an awsome setup but to much for me. I just purshaced the fender flares and plan on putting them on my 77 this summer. While in the process I plan on putting 17" wheels on the car, but I want to make sure I feel the fender wells.

Where did you buy the flares from and what kind of quality are they?

74-Roadster, I bought the fender flares in Knoxville during the Corvette Expo. They came from Vanacor's Corvette. I paid 160 for the pair.

Did he have a problem with them. I just bought the entire front clip and the flares from them. The clip needs work, but it should bolt on. I hope so anyway.

Vanacor makes nice looking parts, but the glass can be quite thin & often the parts don't fit right. They cost me mucho dinero in labor to get everything to fit properly. Still, their daytona front end is the nicest one I've ever seen....
