I see a vary large range for the torque specification of the oil pump bolt (45 ft lbs to 65 ft lbs). Also, oil pan bolts (small laterals) and (4 larger corner bolts)...90 to 103 in lbs. Will anyone give me a heads up on this? It would be appreciated.
Around 100-110 lbs-in for the corner bolts and 70-80 lbs-in for the rest - it's not a precision torque rating, but more to keep folks from over-tightening
The temptation is to significantly over-tighten these bolts, but that's generally the cause of the gasket shifting and causing leaks.
