If you are refering to the strip at the top of the door it is heald on with a couple of screws and push clips. You have to remove the interior trim panel and loosen the window stops so the window will go all the way down. Remove the screws (3 or 4?) then gently pry the trim away from the door panel. There are two parts there. One is the rubber weatherstrip with a small chrome bead on it and the other is a seperate chrome molding.
