12-25-2011 Closed
12-26-2011 Open but on a limited staff and limited basis. 10 am to ?
12-27-2011 Normal operating hours 9-5 eastern time.

I still haven't received a response from my emails, so I sent another email and of course with a longer parts list. Now, I'm actually thinking that you are not answering my emails on purpose because everytime I send you another one, my list keeps getting longer. Did you check you deleted files or your spam filter. The mail that I sent to you have links on it as well as the prices?

Ernie, When you get a chance, check my last email I sent on 12-24. It has some additional parts that I hope you have. I didn't have return email as of yesterday afternoon and I reformatted my computer last night so I cannot re-check at this point. I'm not worried, we'll get the deal done, just might take some time. Eric... your email address is the problem... What I don't have a clue.
This is what I get when I send you an email. I've contacted our ISP to see if they can figure it out too... they are usually spot on in fixing these types of issues but it will probably take a few days.

This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

Eric.. got the new email address.. will forward the emails to that one tomorrow.. and I think I know why you are not getting the email. Your isp has blocked ours for some reason. Nexcess our host is working on it.. should be fixed tomorrow.
