My drivers side door needs to tilt top in more while my passenger side door needs to tilt out more. Top of the door with respect to the center of the car in both cases. this would align the doors more correctly and allow the windows to roll up correctly. Wher and how are these adjustments made?
You dont have a copy of the 1969 factory Service Manual? There is a chapter on corvette body which covers window alignment in detail which I assume is what you really want to do?
How does the title of this thread apply to the subject matter???? By the title, I was expecting a story on how you found some valuable coins or something exciting inside your car from days gone by...pictures included.

Thanks, Rog.
Please clarify...
Your door needs to tilt in/out or your door glass needs to tilt in/out???
Door adjustment is made by adjusting the hinges. Glass adjustments are made by removing the interior door panel and adjusting the window tracks.

I did find a problem with both doors. Kinda embelished the title a bit.
How well does the door align with the front and rear fenders?
Are the door gaps even?
Are the panels flush?
Does it open and close smoothly?
Also-are the door hinges tight? Are the bushings still good or are they worn? Open the door all the way. Stand at the end of the door and pick straight up and down on the end of the door. Is it tight or does the door move up and down? Worn hinge bushings can cause some of the issue you are having. Don't waste your time adjusting hinges if the bushings/pins are shot.
