i have a trans shop in wva for a home mechanic the b and m kit and fairbanks kits are the easiest to install it will bark tires and hit hard i install a transgo kit in all th 350 rebuilds it firms up the shifts rasies the 2-3 shift point not agressive if calibrated for normal uses and rasies line psi
when doing the band m kit i recomend removing the 1 -2 accumulator spring on the side
and the 2-3 accumator in the valve body dill the feed holes to hd specs in the plate and remove the modulator spring put all the check ***** in while your doing this get a adjustable modulator turn the screw all the way in and back it off 1 turn if its a high milage unit id wait till you do a rebuild the increaced clutch apply on worn clutches can cause some issues
