Well now I see the problem Scott.. the 1977 AIM used the 1978 dash pad to illustrate how the dash was assembled in one picture.. then I dug a bit more and found the two below.

Free advice: purchase the 77 AIM from Willcox. You're going to want it for more than harness routing. It will help with taking the dash apart since it show how the dash was assembled.
Do you have an owner's manual? If not, order one when you order the AIM.
One more suggestion.. and not on the sheet I posted to you.. remove the steering column... it makes the job so much easier.... six bolts and you can have it out..
