TPI with C5 filter/regulator?
Anyone know of a reason I can't use the C5 FPR/filter with an external pump for my TPI swap?
I can't think of one.

Fuel pressure. Cant remember what the tpi runs at but the C5 ones gives about 60 psi. TPI as I recall runs at a lower pressure

YES, in the 40-42 psi region....run the pump without engine...
with engine idling it's closer to 35 psi....full mani vac to the regulator or whatever sending unit is involved....

TPI runs in the mid 40s IIRC.

Unless you gut it, there is still the regulator on your fuel rail crossover, with the return.
The pressure difference (3 bar vs. 4 bar) is no problem if your tuner does the math for the difference in fuel flow.
The factory ECU may harder to program given the fact that the C5 reg is not vacuum referenced.

My plan was to remove (or gut) the rail FPR.
I'm the tuner (done megasquirt twice and SDS once), I'm planning to install the holley EFI HP kit

Sounds like it is feasible, are there guys running 4 bar?

Can I use the stock feed line, or will it be too small?

If your stock fuel line is 3/8 it will support up to around 600 HP. I am using it with about 530 or so.

It is easy with the Holley system. Their set up screens allow for different fuel pressures and returnless regs.
