Short answer is yes. You will need a shop to bore the calipers.
I would be very surprised if the calipers have not already been sleeved. Disassembly would tell you if required. You may only need to clean and rebuild.
Also, FWIW, Advanced Auto sells entire calipers that are SS sleeved for $71. They don't know what they have but when you open the box, there is a tag indicating that they have SS sleeves. They are still lip-sealed however and not o-ring. The quality is not so good as the rebuilder left out a .10 o-ring in one of mine between the halves. I took both back, got my $$ and bought Wilwoods.
I don't think this is a DIY job. Not sure anyone will sell you the sleeves for one thing. You'd also need a bore of the correct size. If you want your original calipers done, try either Muskegon Brake or Lone Star Brake and they'll do them for you.
