Default AMTop Fitting Hardware

Hi

I have picked up a set of AMTops.

They will need a fair bit of work to get them finished as it looks like they were white, but sprayed a dark blue with vinyl paint at some stage in their lives. (unless thats how AMTop did it)

These ones are for a later style T-Tops with the pin fitting at the rear.

My vette is a 71 so has the early style T-Tops with the triangle locator.

Anyone out there have the parts I may need ro retrofit of another fix ?

Does anyone even have have pictures of what the early fitting looked like.

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards

Craig

Can't say for sure (I just bought a set of these tops and they're trapped in Texas for another few months.

My 72 was changes over to the newer style roofs and all you need to do is change that plate at the back (with the two screws)
Most vendors sell the new plates, black, chrome or stainless, roughly $20 each for the newer style

Now, I've read (never tried) that you can unscrew the triangle post and the pin from the new roofs will fit in the hole. Again, never tried, never saw, just read it
