I bought a set of big block pulleys for my 69 427.
The water pump double row pulley ( from corvette america) fouls on the water pump. I have contacted our local supplier re this issue he seems to think as I have a weiland pump ( short) that they are slightly different to the factory fitment vette pump?
Has anyone else had this issue ?

You can buy a spacer kit to 'pack-out' the pulley a few 'thou'
I don't know how available a short OEM BBC water pump is in NZ, but I would just put that on. I've never had heating issues due to a water pump not pumping enough coolant. That or perhaps you can grind some clearance into yours.

I've got a Weiand Team G pump on mine and I've always used the shims to get pulley's to clear an line up. Just one of those things..but it's a great pump!
