Default Poly diff mount bushing - torque

I'm in the process of mounting my diff back to the car. Changed to a poly diff mount bushing (pinion end of diff). AIM suggests 60 - 80 lbs of torque, but it seems like that is compressing the bushing too much. Anyone have experience or recommendations with this?

Thanks.

Poly doesn't compress.

Use the torque recommended by the manufacturer of the bushing.

Last time I did the poly mount on the diff, the instructions that came with said torque to 80 ft-lb.

Thats exactly where I was at as well.

I also found an online catalog that recommended 65lb-ft, so that and some threadlocker is what I went with.

Thanks for the help everyone.
