You would need an HEI for the tach signal and I don't know how different the lettering is between 74 and 75 tachs. I bought a 75 tach on ebay that turned out to have a fried circuit board. I replaced the board with one from Willcox and transferred the face from the 72 tach to the 75 mechanism.
I would bet that The Corvette Shop in N.Y. (forum member paulywannafly) would have some tachs available. He had a very large parts collection when I visited his shop several years ago.
