Default Help.. No fuel

Recently I took the stereo out, car was running before I did this but while I had the stereo out with wiring disconnected and ops battery connected I started the car cause it had been awhile since I had and wanted to make sure the battery didnt lose charge.. then I think I heard something pop after I started it and I instantly shut it down then I finished installing the stereo and tried starting it again, it cranked but wouldn't start so.. I've checked the gas, inline filter, power to the injectors, power to the fuel pump and there is a slow flow of fuel trying to pump but not enough to run. My first thoughts are to check the fuel pump and or in tank filter. I know how to check the pump hot wiring the aclc and that the only way to check filter is to pull the pump but I'm thinking I should check circuit relays?? Already checked fuses and all good on the block less theres one I don't know about.. so anybody know where all the relays or fuses are that I should be certain to check?? And is it possible I couldv'e done something to the ECM puter? Like I said I think I heard a pop but not really sure but I do know for a fact something in the fuel system isn't working rather I did it or not.. lol

Hey thanks for reply.. Yes, the fuse is ok if the one you are talking about in the battery capartment is the one that is attached to a bracket in the rear upper corner?
And No dont hear the pump prime when turning the key on, nor any spray from the injectors. I changed the fuel pump and filter today with no luck.

check your fuse block again.if all fuses are good and you still dont get power to the pump then you may have hurt the ecm.
