Rear View Mirror Replacements
Anyone know of a Junk Yard (sorry, Salvage Yard) bolt on replacement for the inside rear view mirror on a '76? Not really interested in the map light featue, Bubba and I just want something inexpensive we can see with and will stay sorta in place.
Got the floorpans patched in ole RustyVette this afternoon. Still have to do the under side. Just doesn't sound the same without the leaky exhaust venting directly into the cabin. Oh well.

If it's like my 81, you should be able to find one at Autozone for about $15. I know that they use basically the same mirror as a Jeep, since I borrowed my brother's mirror when mine broke.

There all pretty much generic. I used 90ish Corsica with map lights. Looks and fit perfect. Any Camaro will do.

I lost the mirror for my 77' last summer and got a replacement from the Corvette Barn. You can contact them @ corvettebarn@att.net
They have lots of used parts. I've heard other forum members have had problems with the CB, but I had none, got the mirror for $25
