Help..Can't find flooring
My new garage will be finished in about 2 weeks. I want to put black and white checker board flooring in it. Does anyone know who make solid black and white tiles? :confused:

I have a suggestion. I purchase lots of floor tiles for the place I work. The 12"x12" size can be had in black and white. Any tile person, or local Home Depot or you, with some simple directions, can possibly install. Armstrong brand is primarily what I buy, as our trades people spec these. You can find dealers in the yellow pages. Good luck

Searching on the internet a while back, I found Congoleum makes a solid core black & white tile. The best price I found was $2.12/sq. ft. Too much and I quit looking. I haven't checked, but I bet Home Depot can special order black and white. They don't have solid black or white on display. A member in the C4 forum said he got his tile from a home store for $0.50- $0.60/sq. ft.
