Default Fuel lines, does it matter which side?

I'm doing a TPI swap, using a Tanks Inc in tank pump and running new fuel lines.
Since I have the option to mount the pump on either side of the tank and I'm running new lines, does it matter which side I run them down?
Note: I've converted the rail to rear exit, where the cold start injector connected.

Nope. I have run both sides and it does not matter. Either side works fine
