[1976] Differences between L48 and L82?
What are they? HP/TQ numbers etc, etc?

L48 - 180 hp @ 4000 rpm/270 ft.# torque @ 2400 rpm

76 L-48 = 180HP @ 4K, L-82 = 210HP @ 5.2K......Dont have my TQ figs. available......L-48 Comp Rat. is 8.5, while L-82 is 9.0 :yesnod: :yesnod:

Are you sure that the L-82 has less torque than a L-48?
