Transmission locked
I have B/W Super T-10 out putting new speedo drive gear in. After work was done, all gears worked ok. Then I turned trans. on side with side cover facing up to apply sealer to the cover bolt threads. After that, the input shaft locked. After moving both shift levers it finally unlocked and is fine now. Any thoughts why this happened and should I be worried that it may happen again? It has been trouble free up to this point. Thanks for any thoughts or advice.

you had both shift levers in gear which will lock the transmission. Many people run into this situation with the trani in the car when the shift lever bolts loosen and they end up with a gear selected by each lever.
