It does look to be sporting the ultra-rare 1977 Steering wheel cap that is not painted. Granted its on the wrong steering wheel, but its still a cool item.

I don't know why everyone is picking on the color. It doesn't bother me. At least the owner of this car knows that it is unique... and to me, individuality is a much higher value than having a color with so-called "mass appeal."
