Door Hinge J Bolt Replacement Help?
1975 Corvette Coupe the J bolt on the left door hinge was missing. I got a new replacement and installed it. Here is the problem everytime the door closes the bolt pops out. The rollers are free and turn. I looked at the rightside and it seems when the door is closing it pull the bolt in. On the leftside that I am replacing it is pushing the bolt out. What is wrong?

The door spring started life as an "S" maybe it broke in half and whats left looks like "J".

Take a look at this - the part that got me was getting the underneath section to seat (D)
