there is little radial play, not too much but to feel, about 0,5mm I would guess
so you think thats the reason ?
what did people do that also had that play ?
I agree that the throttle shaft bore in your carb most likely has excessive wear, which, in turn causes the throttle blades to stick in their respective bores in the baseplate.
To fix the problem, bushing kits are available, which allow you to drill out the holes in the baseplate, and press in brass bushings. I don't know if they still offer the kits, or are even in business, for that matter, but at one time there was a business called "The Carburetor Shop", located in Ontario California. They sold a very inclusive kit, that had everything you needed to do the repair on 2-3 carbs, even including a specially modified drill bit to drill out the baseplate.
I bought one of these kits about 20 years ago, and repaired 2 carbs with it.
