Default What Is This Part?

While working under the dash of my 77 L48 AT, this part fell out. I tried the AIM and manual but I don't see anything like it.

That looks like the strap that connects the tachometer and the speedometer together. I believe for ground and support. The best way that I can describe it is it's sort of looks like the nose piece on a pair of glasses.

Hello Ted
Do your lights work? Dash lights? To put that back on your either going to have to take the top dash pad off or the lower pad. You might be able to drop the steering column and pull the lower pad out far enough to put it back without disconnecting everything.

Thanks guys. The dash is apart to do the dash lites, so this shouldn't be a big deal.
