Default Question about my brake light

I started and drove my car yesterday after sitting idle for about 3 weeks. She ran and drove GREAT, however the brake light came on. After tapping the brakes a few times it went off. After a couple of miles the light came back on and did not go off. The brakes stopped fine, no hesitation or pulling of any kind.

What do you think is the problem?
Best solution?

Thanks Guys.................................... ......

The switch in the block seems to think there is air in the system. You might not even be able to feel it but you can either drive it as is until the light just stays on or you can try bleeding the system and removing doubt.

Did you check the fluid level in the master cylinder?
